1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses (APO/FPO). We do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our shipping services globally in the future.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- $5.99 shipping for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
- $9.99 for all orders
- Next-Day Shipping (1 business day)
- Available at checkout for a fee of $19.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the destination. For orders over $50, standard shipping is free within the U.S. For expedited and next-day shipping options, the fees will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. TVDealHot is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tvdealhot.net.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

8. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside the United States at this time.
- Some oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated at checkout.
